Lapp Introduces a Flexible Cable for Multiple Power Applications Including UL TC-ER for Tray, STOOW Hard Service Rated Cordage for Hazardous Areas, and for "Flexible" Usage in Class I Div 1 Locations

Florham Park, NJ- Lapp Group introduces OLFLEX® POWER MULTI, a NEC Class I Div 1, for flexible usage, UL TC-ER, CSA TC/CIC & UL/CSA STOOW Hard service rated cordage for Hazardous Areas.

OLFLEX® POWER MULTI is a multi-conductor, 600 Volt, 90ºC, UL Type TC-ER, c(UL) Type TC/CIC. OLFLEX® POWER MULTI is an oil resistant, flexible power and control cable with exposed run approval. It also is UL/CSA STOOW hard service cordage rated. OLFLEX® POWER MULTI is a very flexible and highly crush resistant cable that complies with the NEC Hazardous Area Standard 501.10 (A) (2) & 501.140 (B)for flexible cables for use in Class 1, Division 1 locations.

OLFLEX® POWER MULTI also conforms to RoHS requirements and is one of the only TC cables with a wet rating approval as well as cordage approval. It is also UV resistant and approved for direct burial. Due to higher stranding, precision extruded jacket, worldwide approvals, and Lapp's renowned quality, OLFLEX® POWER MULTI is a superior alternative to stationary TC and power cables. These advantages make installations much easier and quicker, and ensure the cable will hold up to your industrial requirements. OLFLEX® POWER MULTI cables are designed for use in all electrical equipment in dry, damp, and wet conditions.
