Tray Cable
OLFLEX® TRAY II
OLFLEX® Tray II is a global multi-conductor, 1000 Volt, 90ºC, UL Type TC-ER* and MTW, c(UL) Type TC/CIC, CE compliant, oil resistant and flexible control cable with exposed run approval. It is also UV resistant and approved for direct burial. Due to OLFLEX® Tray II’s higher stranding, precision extruded jacket, worldwide approvals, and Lapp’s renowned quality, OLFLEX® Tray II is a superior alternative to stationary TC cables. These advantages make installations much easier and quicker, and ensure the cable will hold up to your industrial requirements. OLFLEX® Tray II control cables are designed for use in all electrical equipment in dry, damp, and wet conditions. OLFLEX® Tray II CY has an overall foil tape and tinned copper braid that is recommended whenever electrical interference distorts signal transmission, or when EMI emissions need to be suppressed.

OLFLEX® VFD Cables
Most Lapp VFD designs have LAPP Surge Guard Protection. The use of this material will eliminate the possibility of failures to your cable leading to unknown downtime of your VFD Drive Systems.
UNITRONIC Ethernet & Profibus
UNITRONIC® Etherline and Profibus Cables
UNITRONIC® PROFIBUS cables are a series of data cables for use in FIP (Factory Instrumentation Protocol) field bus systems, as well as other high performance data networks. They are specially designed with a foil and a tinned copper braided shield to provide excellent protection against EMI interference. These cables have an oil resistant and flame retardant violet PVC or PUR outer jacket. Within the series there are individual characteristics, which offer extra features customized to your needs.

Unitronic 300
UNITRONIC® 300
UNITRONIC® 300 is a lead free, rugged multi-conductor low voltage control and signal cable for internal and external wiring of OEM equipment for industrial applications. UNITRONIC® 300 has multiple approvals such as UL Type PLTC, UL CMG, UL Oil Res I, CSA CMG, and CE. PLTC with open wiring approval allows for use in overhead trays eliminating the need for conduit. With these multiple approvals, the cable can be used in process control equipment, electrical equipment, plant expansion, and other machinery. UNITRONIC® 300 also is UV Resistant and is approved for direct burial and meets Class 1 Div. 2 requirements.
OLFLEX 855P
OLFLEX®-FD 855 P
OLFLEX®-FD 855 P has been designed for extreme mechanical stresses. The materials used are low halogen and environment-friendly with an expanded temperature range. OLFLEX®-FD 855 P can be used without restriction in the most modern automated manufacturing systems. It is excellent in cable track applications. Insulation and jacketing materials are mechanically and chemically resistant in any environment. The polyurethane jacket is flame retardant.
Skintop
SKINTOP®

The SKINTOP® line of liquid- tight, strain relief connectors are designed for use with a wide range of cables and connectors in automated manufacturing systems.

• Available in PG, NPT and Metric thread size

• Plastic or Metal

• UL, CSA, RoHS, VDE and SEV

SKINTOP® ATEX
SKINTOP® ATEX Metal Glands
SKINTOP® MS-M ATEX and MSR-M ATEX were developed for use in hazardous locations according to ATEX for equipment Group II categories 2G and 1D. These cable glands offer optimum sealing performance with TC rated cables. Recommended for use in the Chemical and Petrochemical industry.
SKINTOP® MS-SC
SKINTOP® MS-SC Grounded Glands
SKINTOP® MS-SC is uniquely designed to solve EMI/RFI problems with its simplified grounding feature. In a few easy steps, the cable is grounded, strain relieved and sealed from moisture and dust in accordance with IP 68, when used with an O-ring. The connector’s contact springs establish a continuous electrical path from the shield of the cable to equipment ground, creating a secure shield connection. The contact spring’s unique design can accept cable diameters with wide dimensional tolerances. Available in both standard and long length threads for heavy-wall applications.
EPIC Connectors
EPIC® Rectangular Connectors
CONTACT® Environmentally Protected Industrial Connectors are the ultimate solution for all your power, control, and instrumentation applications where reliability and durability is essential. The connectors allow for quick connect/disconnect between control panels and equipment. Available connector variations include screw, crimp, or spring cage terminations from 2 to 280 contact points. The connectors are UL & CSA approved.
Remote Access
Remote Access Ports
This product line provides quick and easy access to PLCs or industrial computers mounted inside control panels located on the factory floor. They provide a power outlet and data cable interface to an external operator device, such as a laptop computer, for uploading or downloading system programs and data. All this is accomplished without the need to open the control panel door or shut down the system. Several interconnection protocols are supported (DH 485, Data Highway, Ethernet, etc.).Pre-assembled and tested interface cables are also available.
Fleximark Stainless Steel
Fleximark Metal Markers
The stainless steel line of FLEXIMARK® is designed to meet the demands of tough and hazardous industrial environments because of its resistance to fire, water, and chemical hazards.
